Post-call Data Retrieval

Define the information that you need to extract post call

Note

Call Summary & Call Successful are default system values

1. On the Agent Edit screen, navigate to the Post-call Data Retrieval section
2. Click the Add button

3. Select a data type you want to extract
4. Click Add Data button to finish
