Check Availability

Integrate Cal.com availability checking to find open time slots.

  • You should have a Cal.com account in advance
  • Have API Key and Event Type ID ready
  1. On the Agent Edit screen, navigate the Actions section on the right-hand side
  2. Select the Check Availability from the Action dropdown button

Check Availability

  1. Define the Action Description
  2. Enter the API Key and Event Type ID
  3. Select the time zone
  4. Click Add Action button to finish
  5. Update the prompt to include a specific instruction when or how the agent should take the action
