Note on asset deletion

This page covers the permanent removal of Rocket AI Agent components. Deletions are irreversible. Administrative team members must exercise extreme caution before confirming these actions.

AI Agent, Knowledge Base, & Actions

• When you delete an AI Agent from the Admin Portal, all associated Knowledge Base files and Custom Actions are purged simultaneously.
• There is no “Trash” or “Undo” functionality. Once deleted, the model configurations, uploaded documents, and API integration settings are permanently lost.
• Ensure the client has been notified and any proprietary data is backed up externally if needed.

Phone Number Release

• Twilio Integration: Deleting a phone number from the Rocket AI interface triggers an immediate release of that SID in Twilio.
• Once released, we cannot guarantee the recovery of the same phone number. It returns to the public pool and may be purchased by another entity.
• All active call routing to that agent will fail immediately upon deletion.

Billing & Stripe Metering

• Deleting the agent automatically severs the connection between our platform and the Stripe Meter.
• All usage syncing stops at the exact timestamp of deletion.
• Any usage incurred up to the moment of deletion will remain in the Stripe metadata for the current billing cycle. No further metered events will be recorded.
