Monitoring Your Social Performance

After you’ve connected your social accounts, you can view and analyze the performance of your social posts and determine how well your social media efforts are performing.

To access the analytics, navigate to Social > Social Analytics Dashboard

The default time range selected is 30 days, but you can also choose a custom range.

With our dashboard, you can track different statistics such as:

  • Followers

  • Likes, Shares, Comments, Clicks

  • Post Engagement

  • .etc

The analytics are refreshed every 24 hours. If you observe a significant delay or complete pause in dashboard syncing, please wait for a few hours or contact support.

Report Email

By default, there is a Social report with the 30-day delivery frequency, which means a report gathering the crucial metrics from your Social Analytics Dashboard will be sent to your inbox every 7 days.

To turn on or off the email reports:

  1. Navigate to the report you want to turn on/off

  2. Turn the toggle on to receive the email

  3. Turn the toggle off to stop receiving the email

To change the delivery frequency:

  1. Click Edit of the report you want to edit

  2. Select a different option under the Delivery Frequency section

  3. Click Save Changes to finish

To change the email that receives the report:

  1. Click Edit of the report you want to edit

  2. Enter an email address in the field Deliver to Email

  3. Click Save Changes to finish
