Recordings
The Recordings tab provides a comprehensive view of all your calls and their statuses. On this page, you can:
Play the call recording directly on the page
Download the call audio file
View the transcription
Delete the recording
Bulk download the call data and the download file will be in CSV format, not including the audio files.
