A Service is a set of features, e.g. Social, that will be visible on client's site after it's enabled
An Entitled user is the user entitled to access a clientβs service and help manage the service for them.
You can manage services and entitled users in Services tab of RocketLevel Admin.
On the Clientβs Sites page, navigate to the client you wish to manage a service for them
Click Actions > Edit This Site
On Edit Clientβs Site panel, click Services tab
On the Services tab, click Enable
Click Enable Now on the confirmation modal
After the service is successfully enabled, it'll be displayed as an accordion
On the client's site, the Social menu is visible and ready to use
Once the service is enabled, expand the accordion
Click Add users button under the Entitled users section
Enter Username or Email
Only the users who are in user group Editor or Social Team are displayed in the list
Click Add Users to finish, and the selected users will be shown
The user will be notified by email and can start their work by clicking View Client button in the email.
On the Services tab, click Disable
Continue to click Disabled on the confirmation modal
The service is now disabled and the Social menu will not appear on client's site. Entitled users will also be unable to access that service.
