Overview
The Rocket AI Agent enables clients to deploy AI-driven voice agents within their call center or support team operations. Its primary function is to automate customer interactions, handle routine inquiries, and qualify leads, thereby improving operational efficiency and allowing human agents to focus on complex issues.
Key Components
The AI Agents: The AI Agent handles inbound and outbound calls, engaging in spoken conversations with customers. It can also perform automation tasks such as adding new leads to CRM, booking appointments in Cal.com
Twlio: Provides the telephony infrastructure for making and receiving calls. It also provides the phone number for AI Agent in case of call forwarding
Zoho CRM: Allows the AI Agent to access and update customer data (e.g., contact details, interaction history, case status). This enables personalized interactions and ensures information captured by the AI is logged in the CRM.
Cal.com: Enables the AI Agent to schedule appointments or meetings directly into the client's (or their team's) calendar based on availability.
Enable the Feature
Rocket AI Agent is automatically enabled for a client after they complete the subscription of the same name purchase through Stripe.
Once activated, the Rocket AI Agent can be accessed in the Admin Portal under the Services tab

On the client's site, the feature can be accessed via the top menu:
