Average Customer Value

This value will be part of the calculation for the metric Total Lead Value on the Insights Hub dashboard. The field is customisable and user can update it to ensure the calculations align with client's actual business performance.

  1. On the Client’s Sites tab, navigate to the client and select Action > Go To This Site

  2. On the client's site, navigate to the top right corner and select General Settings

  3. On the General Settings page, go to Advanced tab > Other Settings

  4. Adjust the value for Average value of new customer field

  5. Click Save Changes to finish

Conversion Rate

The Conversion Rate is a key metric that represents the percentage of leads that successfully convert into paying customers. This value is crucial for calculating the metric Total Lead Value.

  1. On the Client’s Sites tab, navigate to the client and select Action > Go To This Site

  2. On the client's site, navigate to the top right corner and select General Settings

  3. On the General Settings page, go to Advanced tab > Other Settings

  4. Adjust the value for Conversion Rate field

  5. Click Save Changes to finish

Trend Indicators

The Trend Indicators are visual cues on the dashboards and reports, showing whether key metrics are increasing, decreasing, or staying consistent over time. The toggle will allow user to show or hide those visual cues.

  1. On the Client’s Sites tab, navigate to the client and select Action > Go To This Site

  2. On the client's site, navigate to the top right corner and select General Settings

  3. On the General Settings page, go to Advanced tab > Other Settings

  4. Click to turn on or off the toggle

  5. Click Save Changes to finish
