Connecting to client's CallRail account will enable RocketLevel to get data regarding the missed and answered calls.
Only one CallRail connection is allowed per client.
On the Edit Clientβs Site panel, locate the Integrations tab.
Click Add Connection button
Click CallRail button from the list
Enter the Company ID and API Key
Click Test Connection to check if the integration works.
Click Add Connection to finish.
Refresh RocketLevel Dashboard to see new data. If you havenβt seen the data, wait for a few minutes then refresh the page again.
On the Edit Clientβs Site panel, locate the Integrations tab
On the Integrations tab, click to expand the accordion
Update the fields with new values
Click Test Connection to check if the integration works
Click Save to finish
