There are some things to know before you begin:
RocketLevel currently supports only social profile per account, which means you can connect to:
One Facebook page
One Instagram business page
One Tiktok account
Only the RocketLevel account owner or team member with the right permissions can add or remove the social profiles
For some social networks, you must meet certain requirements in order to be able to authenticate that profile with RocketLevel:

Requirements
You must be the admin or owner of the the Facebook Page to link and post. Members can not link or post to a Facebook Page.
Only Instagram Business accounts connected to a Facebook Company Page are supported.
Instagram does not yet support Personal Facebook accounts, Creator Studio accounts, and publishing to IGTV. Please be sure you are the admin of Facebook Page and grant all permissions to Pages, Instagram accounts, and selections. Failure to do so might prevent successful posting.
Enabling Instagram Business is easy. Simply open up Instagram, click the cog "βοΈ Setting" under your Account, and select "Switch to Business Profile".

You can also check if you've connected your Facebook Page to Instagram by going to the Facebook Page you manage -> Page Settings -> Instagram. If it isn't connected your can click the "Connect" button on that page.
Go to app.rocketlevel.com and log in to your account
Navigate to your profile picture on the upper right corner and select General Settings
Click Social Profiles from the menu on the right-hand side
Click Add Profile and youβll be re-directed to the Social Account linkable page
On that page, just click the social network you want to connect
Follow the login prompts to authenticate your social profile
Once the social network has been authorized, you'll see your account logo (if available) and the card color will change to green, indicating your link is active
Click Close to return to General Settings and you'll see your connected profile there

Go to app.rocketlevel.com and log in to your account
Navigate to your profile picture on the upper right corner and select General Settings
Click Social Profiles from the menu on the right-hand side
Click Remove next to the social profile you want to remove
Click Remove to confirm then the profile will no longer shown
Once the account has been removed, all access tokens and authorisations are deleted from RocketLevel and are not recoverable.
You can find the connection status by:
Navigating to your profile picture on the upper right corner and select General Settings
Click Social Profiles from the menu on the right-hand side
Youβll see the Status column next to the connected social profiles, with the following values:
Connected
The connection is good and you can schedule or publish content
Error
RocketLevel cannot establish the connection to your social profiles and you need to re-authorize in order to continue using the feature
Go to app.rocketlevel.com and log in to your account
Navigate to your profile picture on the upper right corner and select General Settings
Click Social Profiles from the menu on the right-hand side
Click Re-authorize next to the social profile you want to re-authorize
Youβll be re-directed to the Social Account linkable page where you have visited to link your social accounts
Click social profile you want to re-authorise
Click Yes to confirm
Click the unlinked social profile once more to re-authorise it
Follow the prompts to complete the process
