Connect Zoho CRM
Connecting to Zoho CRM account will enable RocketLevel to get data regarding the performance of our SDR team for a particular client.
You can add up to 3 Zoho CRM accounts in one dashboard
Connect from Admin portal
On the Client's Site tab, navigate to the client you want to add the connection and select Action > Edit This Site
Click the Integrations tab
Click Connect Account under the Sales Analytics Dashboard section
You will be redirected to Zoho login page
Enter account credentials and click Accept
You'll be redirected to the Admin portal and see the connection there
Connect from Client portal
On the Sales Analytics dashboard, click Add Data on any card
You will be redirected to Zoho login page
Enter account credentials and click Accept
Click Add Data again to open the Edit Card panel
Select the connected account on the Account dropdown field
Select the organization on the Organization dropdown field
Select assigned users on the Assigned Users field
Click Save Changes to finish
Refresh RocketLevel Dashboard to see new data. If you havenβt seen the data, wait for a few minutes then refresh the page again.
Account Connection Summary
After a Zoho CRM account has been successfully connected, you will see a data summary on the connection accordion. This summary will help you keep informed of the latest updates.
The summary includes:
Account: the Zoho account email you connected to RL app
Organization: the Zoho organization you connected to RL app
Connection Status:
Unused: the account has not been selected as data source and no data has been pulled on the Sales Analytics
Active: the account has been selected and data has been synced
Error: the app has trouble connecting or syncing data from Zoho
Connected By: the user who originally connected the account
Connected On: the date and time when the account was connected
Last Synced: the most recent date and time the data was synced
Last Synced By: the user who made the latest sync
