Internal Setup Process

The following steps outline the process for setting up Rocket AI Agent for a client:

Client Needs Assessment

  1. Understand the client's specific use cases (e.g., lead qualification, FAQ handling, appointment booking).

  2. Identify key information the AI will need to access or provide.

  3. Determine escalation paths (when the AI should transfer a call to a human agent).

AI Agent Configuration

  1. Conversation Flows: Define or customize conversation scripts and logic based on client requirements (e.g., greeting messages, question prompts, response options).

  2. Knowledge Base: Input relevant information or connect to existing knowledge sources the AI can use to answer questions.

  3. Tone and voice settings

  4. Call Forwading Rules: Set up conditions under which the AI will transfer calls to a human agent (e.g., specific keywords, repeated inability to understand, direct request).

Integration Configuration

  1. Zoho CRM: Set up new organization or account for the new client and connect it to the agent

  2. Twilio: Set up a Twilio phone number (or use an existing one) and configure webhook endpoints to route calls to the Rocket AI Agent.

  3. Cal.com: Connect to the client's Cal.com account using their API key or OAuth, and configure which calendars the AI can access for booking.
