Connect Birdeye

Connecting to client's Birdeye account will enable RocketLevel to get data regarding the rating and review of client's business.

Add connection

1. On the Edit Client’s Site panel, locate the Integrations tab.

   

2. Click Add Connection button

3. Click Birdeye button from the list

   

4. Enter the Business ID and API Key

   • Learn how to obtain Business ID and API Key from Birdeye

   

5. Click Test Connection to check if the integration works.

6. Click Add Connection to finish.

Refresh RocketLevel Dashboard to see new data. If you haven’t seen the data, wait for a few minutes then refresh the page again.

Edit a connection

1. On the Edit Client’s Site panel, locate the Integrations tab

   

2. On the Integrations tab, click to expand the accordion

3. Update the fields with new values

   

4. Click Test Connection to check if the integration works

5. Click Save to finish

Force Birdeye sync

In RocketLevel, you can perform a force data sync to get the latest update on the Dashboard immediately.

1. On the Edit Client’s Site panel, locate the Integrations tab

   

2. On the Integrations tab, click to expand the accordion

   

3. Click Sync Now

4. Go back to Dashboard and refresh the page to see the change
