Recordings
Make sure the agent is linked to the client in Admin portal.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Recordings tab provides a comprehensive view of all your calls and their statuses. On this page, you can:
- Play the call recording directly on the page
- Download the call audio file
- View the transcription
- Delete the recording
- Bulk download the call data and the download file will be in CSV format, not including the audio files.
