Sharing A Post without Login

RocketLevel provides you with the feature of sharing posts with external users for feedback. No sign-in required at all.

Section titled “Create a link to share”
  1. Go to the Social page and select Content on the top menu
  2. On the Content page, navigate to the post you want to share
  3. Click the ellipsis icon on the top right corner to expand the action menu
  4. Click “Share Link”
  5. In the Share Link modal, click Copy to copy the link and paste it in the communication channel of your choice.

Please be aware the link will expire after 30 days.

After opening the sharable link, the external users will be asked to enter their name so RocketLevel can remember them in the next visit. The external users then can:

  • See the caption
  • See and play media, if it’s the video
  • See all the comments
  • Approve or Decline the content if the users are granted the permission
