Freezing/Unfreezing The Service
Freeze or unfreeze the service
Section titled “Freeze or unfreeze the service”Instead of immediately disabling a client’s social service, you can now freeze it for up to 90 days. This gives you time to review, make adjustments, or reinstate access before taking permanent action. You can also unfreeze if needed.
When you freeze the social service:
- All scheduled posts will be disabled
- Users cannot publish any content
- We’ll continue to pull analytics for the social accounts
- The service will be disabled after 90 days
Steps to freeze/unfreeze the service:
- Go to Admin portal > Client’s Sites tab
- Edit a client’s site
- On the Services tab, click to expand the accordion
- Click the “Freeze” button
- Click “Yes, freeze it” on the confirmation dialogue
- Once it’s frozen, you can unfreeze by clicking the Unfreeze button on the same accordion
