Dashboard Notifcations

If a client has multiple companies, each client’s company will have separate notification settings.

The Notifications feature allow users to manage how and when you receive email updates from RocketLevel. Users can set separate notification configurations for different events, as well as different recipients.

To configure the dashboard notifications for client:

  1. Log in to Admin Portal
  2. Go to a client’s site by clicking the site name
  3. Navigate to the dropdown menu on the top right corner and select “General Settings”
  4. On General Settings, select “Notifications” tab on the sidebar
  5. Adjust the toggles and click “Save Changes” to finish
