Other Settings
The Insights Hub has the Other Settings section which enables you to adjust the following values:
- Average Customer Value: This value will be part of the calculation for the metric Total Lead Value on the Insights Hub dashboard. The field is customisable and user can update it to ensure the calculations align with client’s actual business performance.
- Conversion Rate: This value, together with the Average Customer Value above, also contributes to the calculation of the Total Lead Value.
- The Trend Indicators: It’s the visual cues on the dashboards and reports, showing whether key metrics are increasing, decreasing, or staying consistent over time. The toggle will allow user to show or hide those visual cues.
- On the Client’s Sites tab, click the site name
- The client’s site is opened on a new tab
- Once you’re on the client’s site, click the eidt button beside the Insights Hub
- On the Edit Dashboard panel, go to “Other Settings” tab
- Adjust the values as you want
- Click “Save Changes” to finish
